Quilt Show 2024

The third weekend on Oct. 19th and 20th with ticket prices of 5.00 for admission. 

Show times:

Oct. 19, 10:00 am. to 5:00 pm.

Oct. 20, 10:00 am. to 4:00 pm.

Raffle quilt will be displayed, and final drawing for the winner will be at the end of the show on Oct. 20th.

Quilt Frame put up time on Thursday Oct 17,  Bring quilt entries for the show in Oct 18 from 1 pm to 5 pm, 
Start time to put up frames is 1:00 pm at the Decorah fairgrounds All quilts have to be added to the entry list before Sept 30th.  Using the form on line.
Please make sure that you also add any bed turning items to that form. (It is a separate form from the show entries) Please bring all canister raffle items on Friday the 18th along with your show entries.

our 2022 Quilt Show “Razzle-Dazzle”

20th Biennial Quilt Show  presented by NorthEast Iowa Quilters’ Guild  happen in Oct. Thanks to Linda Johnson and Jennifer Hertrampf for the photos to create this montage of quilt for your viewing pleasure. The video is about  17 min. long and is a collection of pictures of the quilts hung at the show.

Our show has moved from Monona to Decorah  we hope you come to join us. 

 

Show Information

We hope to hang over 200 quilted items at the show in Oct. Along with the quilts we will have vendors to tempt you with fun items to buy check back for a list of our vendors. A food court will be available with home made pies along with our wonderful loose meat sandwich, chips and soda.  We have a canister raffle with items made and donated by guild members, and bed turnings at scheduled times. So come spend the day with us.

Vesterheim’s Main Building and Museum Store are open daily 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Downtown Decorah

Seed Savers Exchange stewards America’s culturally diverse and endangered garden and food crop legacy for present and future generations. We educate and connect people through collecting, regenerating, and sharing heirloom seeds, plants, and stories.

The Decorah Eagles nest  part of the Raptor Resource Project.  I am guessing many of you remember the Eagle cam.
