Please enter your quilts that have been made to sell as part of Lynette’s President Challenge.
You need to put a price in this form so that when the label is printed the price is included on the printed information card.
It is very important that we have an address for the charity you want the money to go to. If you can verify with the charity, you selected an appropriate mailing address so all funds can be distributed in a timely manner. Thank you for the help.
